What does it mean if a product is listed as pre-ordered?
If a product is listed as pre-order, it means it will be available soon. Currently, all of our pre-order products have a guaranteed delivery by Christmas 2019.

I ordered a book set and a Dream Box? The book set is available, and the Dream Box is on pre-order. Will they arrive together or separate?
More than likely, your book order and Dream Box will ship separately. When your order is ready to ship, we’ll reach out to you with a shipping confirmation. We’ll continually update you with information regarding when you can expect all of the components of your order.
What kind of safety testing has been done on the products?
All iSparkle products have been inspected and safety tested by SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
Is the Dreambox the same thing as the "glitter box" referenced on your Home Page?
No. The glitter box is our reusable keepsake box that all of your Princess's Dreambox items are packaged and delivered in. Check out our glitter box video below!
How long will a package take to arrive?
All orders are shipped the same or next business day if the order is placed by 4:00 pm ET. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please note that our warehouse does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. All UPS packages will arrive Monday - Friday only. We ship out all our packages from Columbus, Ohio.
Shipping time is determined by your proximity to our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio.
